Standard domestic shipping times are typically 5 to 10 business days after

timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We ship internationally to
eligible countries. International shipping times typically range from 10 to 21
business days depending on destination and customs processing. Splendrix is not
responsible for delays caused by customs agencies or local postal services.
International orders may be
subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination
country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Splendrix
has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please ensure your shipping
address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is
returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange
reshipment at your cost.
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your Splendrix purchase. If you are not satisfied for any
reason, we offer refunds subject to the following conditions.
You may request a refund within 60
days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after 60 days from the
delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return and
refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and
unopened
• The item must be in its
original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it
• Proof of purchase (order
number or confirmation email) must be provided
The customer is responsible for
paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping
service. Splendrix is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
shipping.
To initiate a return, please
contact us at support@splendrix.com within your 60-day window with your order
number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do
not send items back without first receiving return authorization from us.
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to
10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require
additional time to post the refund.
The following are not eligible for
refunds:
• Items returned after the
60-day window
• Items that have been
opened, used, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without
original packaging
