2. Warranty Period
Coverage Term: 1 Years From the date of your purchase, your Splendrix warranty is valid for 1 year. Whether you purchase our Ultimate Baby Hearing Protection, toddler earmuffs, or travel accessories, the structural integrity of the unit is covered.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The Splendrix warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction during normal use. This includes:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in the plastic molding, headband assembly, or acoustic foam installation present at the time of delivery.
- Functional Failures: Mechanical issues, such as the adjustable headband failing to slide/lock, the ear cups detaching from the band, or the pressure-distributing bridge snapping under normal tension.
Within the warranty period, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund services (at our discretion based on the issue).
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, fading of color due to sun exposure, or the natural breakdown of soft materials over time (such as the degradation of foam ear cushions or faux leather covers, which are consumables).
- Hygiene Kits: Replacement foam pads are considered consumable items and are not covered under the 1-year warranty unless they arrive defective.
- Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, such as stretching the headband beyond its limit, sitting on the unit, or failure to follow the care instructions.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from drops, pets chewing on the product, or water immersion.

- Personal Preference: We are committed to safety, but this warranty does not cover returns based on personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the color" or "It feels too tight/loose") after the initial return window has passed.
